Book a Veterinary Appointment
Vaccinations, health checks, deworming, tick and flea treatment and the Exotic Pet Café pet passport, at our clinic on Gbangbala Street. Tell us what your pet needs and we will come back with a time.
If your pet is in distress, do not fill this in. Call us on +234 903 987 9593. Collapse, difficulty breathing, bleeding, seizures, bloating, repeated vomiting, a suspected poisoning or anything that has come on suddenly — phone us and come straight in.
How booking works. Fill this in, tap the button at the bottom, and WhatsApp opens with everything already written out. We reply with a time, usually the same day. Consultations Monday to Saturday, 9am–6pm.
Registration comes first. We cannot vaccinate a pet that is not registered with us. If this is your first visit, this form registers your pet — nothing else to do.
Who we are seeing
Fill in the date of birth and we will work out the age for you. It also goes on your pet’s passport record.
What you are coming in for
Most visits are more than one thing — tick them all and we will set aside enough time.
A puppy usually has DHLPP and anti-rabies in the same visit, so tick both if that is what you want. Leave this blank if you are not coming for a vaccination.
Tick and flea treatment is priced when we see your pet — it depends on size and how bad the infestation is. We tell you the cost before we treat.
Your pet’s record
Every vaccination we give is written into the passport. If you do not have one, this is where the record starts.
When suits you
The vet consults Monday to Saturday.
How charges work.
A vaccination, deworming or passport is charged at the price shown for it. Nothing is added on top, whether or not you have been to us before.
A consultation of ₦25,000 applies when your pet is unwell and we have not seen them before — that is the visit where the vet examines your pet, works out what is wrong and puts them on our records. It is payable whether or not you go ahead with treatment.
You are always told the cost of any treatment before it begins.
Our prices — paid at the clinic on the day. Book with the form above and we will confirm your time.
