How the pricing works

Two things decide the price: your pet's size, and whether the coat is tangled or untangled.

A matted coat takes far longer, is harder on your pet, and carries more risk — so it costs more. If you're not sure which yours is, send us a photo on WhatsApp and we'll tell you honestly before you book.

Booking

A ₦5,000 booking fee confirms your slot and is deducted from the cost of your groom, so a completed appointment costs you nothing extra.

Please arrive on time — more than 15 minutes late and we may not be able to finish within your slot. Need to move it? Give us 24 hours and we'll carry your fee over.

Before you come

Tell us about any medical condition, allergy, skin problem, or history of aggression. It changes how we work with your pet and it keeps everyone safe.

On severe matting: where a coat is badly matted, clipping short is often the only humane option — brushing it out would hurt. We'll always talk to you about it first, but we won't put a pet through unnecessary pain for the sake of appearance.
