A single 85g pouch of wet food for kittens from 2 to 12 months, in jelly. Mixed selection — white fish, lamb or salmon, depending on what is in stock.
Buy one, not forty. Kittens are fussy and they change their minds. A single pouch lets you find out whether yours will eat it before you commit to a box. Once you know the flavour, the 40-pouch jumbo pack works out cheaper per pouch.
Feeding a kitten. Little and often beats one big meal — a kitten’s stomach is tiny. Wet food also puts water into a cat that may not drink enough, which matters for the kidneys later in life.
Switch food gradually over about a week, mixing a little of the new with the old, or you will be cleaning up a loose stomach.
Purina Felix. 85g pouch, sold singly.
