Pet Passport — Vaccination Record Registration

A pet passport is the official record of your pet's vaccinations and health history, kept in one place and properly documented. It is issued and maintained by our veterinary team at Ikate, Lekki.

It is what you produce when you board your pet, travel, sell or rehome, register with a new vet, or need to prove a vaccination was actually given. Without it you are relying on memory and loose paperwork — and most people cannot say from memory when their dog was last vaccinated against rabies.

How it works

Bring your pet's existing vaccination records to the clinic, or have us start a fresh record from the next vaccination. We complete and issue the passport, and every vaccination we give from then on is entered into it.

If your pet is due for anything, you can book vaccinations or deworming at the same visit and have it recorded straight away.

Boarding with us?

Exotic Pet Lodge requires proof of current vaccinations before admission. A pet passport is the simplest way to have that ready, and it saves the scramble for paperwork before every stay.
